Lock-up period
If Units are redeemed prior to the one (1) year anniversary of purchase; a 10% fee will apply (prior to normal fees) and be withheld by the Partnership. It is therefore recommended that no redemptions occur within this period.
Management fee A management fee equivalent to 2% per year shall be charged on the current value of Class A Units on the one (1) year anniversary of the purchase of said Units. Redemptions that occur between anniversary dates will be prorated to make the effective annual management fee equal 2% per year.
Hurdle Rate
Aluben Holdings will not charge any fees on redemptions where the net return on investment is 5% or less.
Performance fee
Investments between $50,000 and $149,999 Investments equal to or greater than $150,000
